2nd Billy F, John H and Brian Hughes
3rd Karen K, Karen S and Carol
4th Dave M, Mario and Murray

In recognition to the effort Paul put in to coaching new players there were some special awards just for the juniors:
Best Junior players: Eddie Jnr and Kara
Best Junior touches: Melissa and Sam N
Acknowledgements are due to all the people who helped it happen:
- Tournament sponsor Superior Glass/Brian Childs
- The bar staff and committee, cooks, bowls committee members Sharon and Janet, the Social and Greens committee
- Helpers at tent Sharon, Sandra, Shelia, June, Tony, and Agnes who looked after the raffles.
- Those who provided the food: Andrew, Tee, Bella, Moana, Rachel, and Shep just to name a few
- Shep, Rachel, Andrew and Moana for donating the trophy, medals and the prize money for the junior awards.
And to all the other club members who helped out.
As Jim Close, the skip of the winning team said Paul was a good guy and we’ll remember him. The club sincerely hopes a day of great bowls and camaraderie amongst bowlers from all over Auckland was a good way to start doing that.
