  • in order to administer the activities of the club
  • meet the conditions required of an incorporated society
  • meet the requirements of our liqueur license

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

  • Auckland Bowls and Bowls New Zealand in order to meet their requirements for affiliation.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide us with your ethnicity information, we’ll be unable to report accurately to funding and sports bodies on the makeup of our club membership .If you choose not to provide contact details we’ll be unable to you contact for club business. If you choose not to record your occupation we’ll won’t know how many members work or are retired which we concider when scheduling tournaments,

We keep your information safe by storing it in a secure membership database and only granting access to approved exec members and staff for legitimate purposes.
