Bowls is a fantastic sport that has the unique advantage of being fun and accessible to everyone regardless of athletic ability – it suits all students! And at Glen Eden Bowling Club we love to welcome and develop new players.
Over the years we have supported several local high schools and a home school group to introduce their rangatahi to the game via have a go sessions, and helped them pursue the sport with regular coaching sessions to prepare them to take part in collegiate interschool competitions.
We have all the gear and the green you can use so if you’re a pupil wanting to have a go, or a teacher thinking your school should get involved please feel free to get in touch.
