Thursday 10th November saw the final evening of the Oct/Nov 6 week Twilight Bowls3Five social league, the club’s social bowling competition where anyone can come along and enjoy some fun bowling and a great social atmosphere.
While a few playing members of the club join in teams are only allowed one “bowler” who has to play 2nd, the majority of players are non-members with a few of the club’s social members as well.
As usual Yvonne and her team of volunteers which this season included Graeme, Wendy, Robin, Roscoe, Barry, Lee, Barry, Jen and others put on a great event, hearty kai and passable weather which saw the full 6 weeks played in great spirits.
